REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services provided by ByteNode.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

ByteNode offers a seven (7) day money-back guarantee for new service purchases.

If you are not satisfied with your service, you may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date.

Refund requests must be submitted through our official support system.

3. Eligibility for the Guarantee

The 7-day money-back guarantee applies only to:

• First-time purchases of eligible hosting services

• Requests submitted within seven (7) days of purchase

• Accounts in good standing without Terms of Service violations

Refunds will cover the service fee paid for the initial billing period only.

4. Services Not Eligible for the Guarantee

The money-back guarantee does not apply to:

• Renewals

• Service upgrades or add-ons

• Custom infrastructure or dedicated configurations

• Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations

• Services used for malicious or abusive activities

5. Refunds Outside the Guarantee

After the seven (7) day guarantee period, payments are generally non-refundable except in cases including:

• Duplicate billing

• Billing errors

• Failure to provision the purchased service

Such refunds are issued at ByteNode's discretion.

6. Cancellation

Customers may cancel services at any time through their account panel or support system.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically qualify the customer for a refund outside the guarantee period.

7. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact ByteNode support before initiating a chargeback.

Chargebacks initiated without attempting resolution may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Accounts involved in fraudulent disputes may be permanently banned from using ByteNode services.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days depending on the payment processor.

9. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
